The Object of this club shall be:
- To bring together in common purpose all Democratic women of Escambia County.
- To organize the registered Democratic Women voters of Escambia County.
- To encourage the active participation of women voters in politics.
- To stimulate an active interest in governmental affairs among the Democrats of Florida and to provide a forum for the discussion of public matters.
- To promote Democratic Party values.
- To seek increased Democratic voter registration and participation.
- To urge that every Democrat vote and vote DEMOCRATIC.
Our Club
As a member of the Democratic Women's Club of Escambia County (DWC Escambia), you'll be part of a dynamic community of like-minded individuals dedicated to advancing Democratic values right here in our county. Here's what being a member of our local chapter entails:
- Community Engagement: Join forces with fellow women and men who share your commitment to flipping Escambia County blue. Together, we'll work on initiatives and campaigns that make a tangible difference in our community.
- Advocacy Opportunities: Participate in local legislative advocacy efforts and seize opportunities to engage in lobbying activities at the state level. Your voice matters, and we'll equip you with the tools and support to effectively advocate for the issues that matter most to you.
- Grassroots Involvement: Get involved in grassroots movements right here in Escambia County, where change begins at the local level. From community organizing to direct action, you'll have the chance to play a meaningful role in shaping our shared future.
- Networking and Events: Attend local gatherings, such as DWC Escambia meetings and events, where you'll connect with fellow members and stay informed about important developments in our community and beyond.

Who Can Join?
Membership in the Democratic Women's Club of Escambia County is open to all who share our commitment to Democratic values and principles. Here's how you can join:
- ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP: Active members are those whose dues are current and who present proof of Democratic registration. Membership is available to individuals without regard to race, color, creed, age, sex, or national origin. Active members must adhere to the provisions of both the Club and State Bylaws. Additionally, active members may hold membership in only one local women's club.
- ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: Associate membership is available to those who have designated another women's club as their parent club and have provided proof of Democratic registration. Associate members enjoy all rights and privileges of membership, except for holding elective office and voting. They are not included in the computation of delegates to the State Convention.
